The Emporium's Global Table
The Emporium Global Table is a monthly multi-course dining experience inspired by destinations around the world. Emporium is rooted in the Lowcountry and shaped by international influence, reflecting the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native who traveled widely and returned home eager to share what she discovered.
Held on the third Thursday of every month the experience features a multi-course menu with food and wine pairings that reflect the region selected for that month interpreted through Emporium’s lens. These are immersive evenings where cuisine storytelling and hospitality come together inviting guests to gather, linger, and experience the world one table at a time.

Market-to-Table Culinary Experience
Join our Executive Chef for an unforgettable journey that begins in the heart of the city. At 9 AM on Saturday, stroll through Savannah's Forsyth Park Farmers Market, where you'll hand-select the freshest seasonal ingredients alongside the chef-tasting, discovering, and curating based on your preferences.
That evening at 5 PM, return to Emporium for a bespoke multi-course dinner, thoughtfully prepared using the ingredients you selected and complemented by a sommelier-curated bottle of wine.
From market to table, this immersive experience offers an intimate and delicious connection to Savannah's culinary soul.

Father's Day
Celebrate Father’s Day with an evening centered around exceptional bourbon, thoughtful dining, and gathering around the table together.
Hosted in Emporium, this multi-course dinner experience will feature thoughtfully curated dishes paired with selections from Perry Lane’s privately selected Knob Creek bourbon barrels, chosen exclusively for the hotel, alongside additional featured pours throughout the evening.
Guiding guests through the experience will be Perry Lane’s Director of Operations, Jonathan Teague, whose passion and expertise in bourbon will offer deeper insight into the craftsmanship, stories, and flavor profiles behind each pairing.
Set within the warm and intimate atmosphere of Emporium, the evening is designed to be shared over great conversation, exceptional whiskey, and a memorable meal in celebration of Father’s Day.
