How many rooms are there at Perry Lane Hotel?
Perry Lane Hotel has 167 total guestrooms, including 12 suites.
What are Perry Lane’s check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and check-out is at noon. Early arrivals and late departures are accommodated based on availability.
What do I need in order to check-in to Perry Lane Hotel?
All guests checking into Perry Lane will need a credit card and a valid ID. Guests must be age of 21 or older to check in.
What is Perry Lane Hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received by 4 p.m., 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax. Sorry, but no cancellations are allowed on advanced purchase or prepaid, non-refundable reservations.
I need to make a change to my reservation. Whom should I contact?
If you made a reservation on a website other than the hotel website, you’ll need to contact the booking agent/website that you went through in order to make any changes. If you booked directly through the Perry Lane or Starwood website or made your reservation by calling the hotel, adjustments can be made by calling the hotel directly at (912) 415-9000.
Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?
Yes, we offer accessible rooms. To reserve an accessible room, please request availability at time of booking.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
Our hotel and public areas are smoke-free. A $250 recovery fee will be applied to your bill for smoking in the guestrooms.
Is there a great shopping near Perry Lane Hotel?
Yes! We are a short walk to all of the best boutiques in the neighborhood and Historic District. You will also find charming bookstores and coffee shops.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Perry Lane is a dog-friendly hotel. The hotel charges a non-refundable $150-per-stay-pet cleaning fee. Unfortunately, your other furry friends will have to stay home, as we currently allow only dogs up to 50 pounds. These restrictions do not apply to service animals.
Do you have a fitness center?
Our Fitness Center is located on the lower level of the hotel. The space is accessible 24 hours, but a guestroom key is required.
Do you provide dry-cleaning and laundry?
Monday through Saturday, same-day dry cleaning and laundry are available, if your clothing is submitted by 9am. There is Sunday same day service for laundry only.
What are your housekeeping services?
Housekeeping services are provided daily. If you forgot something or need a crib, rollaway or other items, please call our Guest Services team. Turndown service is available upon request.
Do you provide concierge services?
Our Guest Services team is ready to help you enjoy your Savannah experience in any way it can. Please contact by calling (912) 415-9000, or visit us in the hotel lobby.
What other services to you provide?
Shoeshines are available upon request from our Bell Staff. Please coordinate through the Front Desk. Our Business Center work stations and printers are also available on the Lobby Level.

How do I get to the hotel?
We are delighted to organize a car service through our Guest Services team if you call (912) 415-9000. Prices vary based on the type of vehicle and timing required.
A taxi costs approximately $30 (one-way) to or from Savannah/ Hilton Head International Airport, which is 13 miles from the hotel.
Do you have a hotel car?
Our hotel car is complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis. It travels in a maximum 2-mile radius within the Historic District.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Overnight valet parking is available for $32 per night, including full in-and-out privileges at no charge. There are also self-parking options in local lots; however, in-and-out charges will apply. There is limited street parking.
Are you close to public transportation?
There is a Chatham Area Transit stop next to the hotel. Schedules are available at the front desk or online at http://www.catchacat.org/.
Savannah Pedi Cab is an “oh-so-European way” to explore Savannah. Call (912) 232-7000 for a reservation and to schedule a pick up time.
