How many rooms are there at Perry Lane Hotel?

Perry Lane Hotel has 167 total guest rooms, including 12 suites.

What are Perry Lane Hotel’s check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00pm, and check-out is at noon. Early arrivals and late departures are accommodated based on availability.

What do I need in order to check in to Perry Lane Hotel?

All guests checking into Perry Lane Hotel will need a credit card and a valid ID. Guests must be age of 21 or older to check in.

What is Perry Lane Hotel’s cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a fee of one night’s room and tax. Sorry, but no cancellations are allowed on advanced purchase or prepaid, non-refundable reservations.

I need to make a change to my reservation. Who should I contact?

If you booked directly through Perry Lane Hotel's website, Starwood's website or made your reservation by calling the hotel, adjustments can be made by calling the hotel directly at 912-415-9000. If you made a reservation on a different website, you’ll need to contact the booking agent or website that you went through in order to make any changes. 

Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?

Yes, we offer accessible rooms. To reserve an accessible room, please request availability at time of booking.

Does the hotel allow smoking?

Our hotel and public areas are smoke-free. A $250 recovery fee will be applied to your bill for smoking in the guest rooms.

Is there a shopping near Perry Lane Hotel?

Yes! We are a short walk to all of the best boutiques in the Historic District. You will also find charming bookstores and coffee shops. Our own Andie Kully boutique is located in the South Tower. 

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Perry Lane is a dog-friendly hotel. The hotel charges a non-refundable $150-per-stay pet cleaning fee. Unfortunately, your other furry friends will have to stay home, as we currently allow only dogs up to 50 pounds. These restrictions do not apply to service animals.


Do you provide five-star accommodations?

Yes! Perry Lane Hotel offers luxurious guest rooms, exquisite design and gracious service. From Frette luxury linens and Byredo bath products in guest rooms, to in-room spa offerings by Glow Medical Spa, to our poised Guest Relations team ready to assist you throughout your stay, our hotel provides many luxury accommodations.

Do you have a fitness center?

We have a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, located on the lower level of the North Tower. The space is accessible daily 24 hours, but a guest room key is required.

Do you provide dry cleaning and laundry?

Same-day dry cleaning and laundry services are available Monday through Saturday, if your clothing is submitted by 8:00am. Please call Guest Relations to arrange for pick up. There is same day service for laundry only on Sundays. One-hour pressing services are also available; please coordinate with the front desk. 

What are your housekeeping services?

Housekeeping services are provided daily. If you forgot something or need a crib, rollaway or other items, please call our Guest Services team. Turndown service is available upon request.

Do you provide concierge services?

Our Guest Services team is ready to help you enjoy your Savannah experience in any way we can. Please contact by dialing the Guest Relations button or by calling 912-415-9000 ext. 4, or visit us in the main lobby.

What other services to you provide?

Overnight shoe shine service is available upon request from our bell staff. Please coordinate with the Guest Relations team.

Our Business Center work stations and printers are also available on the lobby level of the South Tower.

How do I get to the hotel?

Our Guest Relations team is happy to organize a car service for you; Please call 912-415-9000 ext. 4 to arrange for transportation. Prices vary based on the type of vehicle and pick-up time required.

A taxi costs approximately $30 one way to or from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, 13 miles from the hotel.

Do you have a hotel car?

Our hotel car is complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis, available to travel within a two-mile radius of the Historic District.

Is valet parking available at the hotel?

Overnight valet parking is available for $38 per night, including full in-and-out privileges at no charge. There are also self-parking options in local parking lots; however, in-and-out charges will apply. There is limited street parking available surrounding the hotel.

What public transportation is available?

There is a Chatham Area Transit stop next to the hotel. Schedules are available at the front desk or online at

Savannah Pedicab is an “oh-so-European way” to explore Savannah. Call 912-232-7000 to schedule a pick up time, or talk with our Guest Relations team. 

Perry Lane Hotel offers guests custom bikes from Perry Rubber Bike Shop as part of the Destination Amenity Fee. Ask the Guest Relations or bell team to borrow a bike, available on a first come, first serve basis.
