What is the minimum number of rooms needed for a group block rate?
10 rooms per night is the minimum sleeping room requirement to qualify for a group rate.
What is the average rental price for meeting space?
With multiple meeting spaces available, rental costs range from as low as $500 up to $3,000.
Do I have to book rooms to host an event at the hotel?
No, Perry Lane Hotel offers multiple event spaces that can be reserved without securing sleeping rooms.
How many meeting spaces are available at the hotel?
Perry Lane offers three main meeting spaces to include our Ballroom, Moon River and Easy Street. The Moon River and Easy Street event rooms also have airwalls that can divide the space to host two separate meeting/breakout rooms. We also have a large Lounge area that can be completely privatized, a rooftop Event Lawn for a semi-private event space. We also offer full buyouts of our on-site restaurant Emporium, our rooftop bar Peregrin as well as our Wayward Bar.
