Our menu begins with familiar Southern staples, reimagined through technique, flavor, and inspiration drawn from places far beyond our own. It is a fusion of Southern comfort and worldly perspective, offering dishes that feel both grounded and curious.
This approach reflects the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse, Adelaide Harcourt. A woman of the South, influenced by her travels, who gathered experiences, flavors, and ideas from around the world and brought them home to share. Emporium carries that same philosophy to the table.
