Valentine's Day Couple's Baking Class

Chef Domingo will be guiding you through the creation of a chocolate dessert of your choosing.
Each individual will pick between two delectable desserts.
A luscious dark chocolate pot de creme, accompanied by a marriage of both white and milk chocolate tuxedo covered strawberries, dressed for the occasion of course.
French toast bread pudding, folded in silky white chocolate, macerated strawberries soaked in Gran Mariner, and topped with homemade whipped cream
Join us for our specialty Valentine's Day dinner in Emporium where our chefs will bake off the desserts you created to be served as your third course!
A dinner package can be added on to the class.
There will be Mediterranean spread to nosh on and a glass of wine given so that you may toast to a holiday spent with someone you love.
This chocolate dessert class will be sure to make your heart sing, just as your partner does.
Chef Valintinus Domingo was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and has spent most of his life establishing roots in the South. With his father being a chef, he grew accustomed to the culinary world at a young age. At just 14 years old he began working in a restaurant as a dishwasher and with passion driving him, he has since made his way up the ranks through each position within the kitchen.
Upon entering the Emporium family, he discovered a new found sense of comfort in knowing that he was surrounded by those who represented the very essence of teamwork. He has been with Perry Lane Hotel for going on 2 years now and currently holds the position of Sous Chef.
With over 25 years of experience, Chef Domingo’s love of food continues to grow. He happily puts on the white coat knowing that there is the potential of positively altering the course of someone’s day by providing them with incredible food, and by extension, himself.
